Overview:

Urgent hiring for Cantonese speakers! We are looking for 28 Cantonese Language Specialists to support Cantonese-speaking customers in Quezon City. Earn up to PHP 130K monthly plus guaranteed PHP 20K sign-on bonus. Beginners welcome - with or without BPO experience.

Job Details:

Role: Cantonese Bilingual Specialist / Cantonese CSR

Location: Quezon City - 100% Onsite

Account: Cantonese Bilingual Support

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting / Night Shift

Salary: PHP 52,212 - PHP 130,114 + PHP 20K Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

Headcount: 28 Vacancies

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email

- Communicate in both Cantonese and English

- Handle inquiries related to accounts, billing, service requests, and product information

- Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve concerns promptly

- Properly document all customer interactions in the system

- Achieve targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Must be fluent in Cantonese - can communicate naturally and professionally

- Can understand complex and lengthy discussions including implied meanings

- Good conversational English skills - training will be conducted in English

- With or without BPO experience - beginners welcome

- Experience in Collections and knowledge of Order-to-Cash process is an advantage but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

- Non-Filipino applicants with valid Temporary Resident Visa are welcome to apply
