WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule
Role Overview:
Join our High Prio Banking Account as a Customer Support Specialist! You will assist banking clients with account inquiries, transactions, and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle banking inquiries and resolve issues.
Process account transactions accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain confidentiality and data security.
Qualifications:
HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate – required.
With or without BPO experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
Amenable to Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA).
Additional Requirements: NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, and SSS Number available before training.
