Qualifications

- Open to all education level: High School, Senior High School, College

- With at least 6 months BPO Experience REQUIRED

- Willing to work on-site in Makati

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Salary: Up to ₱28,000 max package

What You’ll Do

- Handle banking-related customer inquiries via voice

- Assist with account concerns, transactions, and product information

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues

- Meet quality and performance targets
