About the Role:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Banking & Finance account. You will assist customers with their banking and financial concerns, ensuring accurate and timely resolution while delivering outstanding service.

Handle inbound customer inquiries about bank accounts, transactions, and financial services

Provide step-by-step assistance and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Properly document all interactions and comply with policies and procedures

Collaborate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Who were looking for:

SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college / university

Minimum 1 year BPO experience is required

Good to excellent English communication skills - Written and verbal

Willing to work onsite
