HIRING: AML Regulatory Compliance Supervisor | KYC Team Lead

Taguig or Cubao, Quezon City | Onsite/Hybrid

Ready to lead a high-performing KYC team? We’re looking for an experienced KYC Team Lead/Supervisor to drive daily operations, quality, productivity, and team performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach KYC Analysts
• Manage SLA, quality, productivity & adherence
• Review/approve complex and high-risk cases
• Manage queues, capacity & daily volumes
• Partner with QC on defect trends and retraining
• Handle escalations, performance coaching & onboarding
• Provide RCA and performance updates to leadership

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years KYC experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Proven KYC Team Lead experience
• Strong analytical, coaching & stakeholder skills

Open to candidates currently in the Philippines with valid work authorization.
