US Registered Nurse

Account: South Carolina
Location: Taguig / Cebu, Philippines

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced US Registered Nurses (USRN) to support the South Carolina account. The role involves applying clinical nursing expertise across nurse auditing, utilization review, bill review, and clinical case management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nurse auditing, utilization review, and medical bill review.
Review clinical cases and assess medical documentation for accuracy and appropriateness.
Apply clinical knowledge to complex medical, legal, and consult review cases.
Evaluate medical records and supporting documentation according to established guidelines.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve clinical or documentation-related concerns.
Maintain compliance with applicable clinical and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Active USRN license from any mainland US state.
At least 2 years of recent surgical experience in a hospital setting, OR 2+ years of clinical case management experience with additional complex medical, legal, and consult review exposure.
At least 2 years of experience in the daily application of:
- Nurse Auditing
- Utilization Review
- Medical Bill Review
Strong clinical assessment, documentation review, and analytical skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Willing to work onsite during training and transition to hybrid/WFH after training.
Willing to work in Taguig or Cebu.
