Location: Hybrid - Onsite Training then 2x a Week Onsite in Production

Salary: Up to PHP 47,000 incl. Allowance

Setup: Training Full Onsite, Production Hybrid - Full-Time - Night Shift

Headcount: 7 Slots - Start Date: October 13, 2026

About the Role:

We are looking for 7 Licensed Registered Nurses to handle Grievance and Case Appeals for a non-voice, back-office healthcare account. This is a great opportunity for PHRNs with grievance experience who want a non-voice role with hybrid setup after training.

Responsibilities:

- Handle grievance and case appeals for healthcare members

- Review and process cases based on guidelines and compliance standards

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for all cases

- Work in a back-office, non-voice environment and meet quality targets

Qualifications:

- PHRN with active license required

- At least 1 year of experience in grievance and case appeals

- Back-office / non-voice experience is preferred

- Willing to work night shift and attend full onsite training

- Stable work history - Frequent job hoppers with less than 1 year tenure will not be considered

Benefits:

- Up to PHP 47,000 salary including license allowance

- Pure back-office / Non-voice role - No calls

- Training full onsite, then hybrid with 2x a week onsite during production

- 7 vacancies open - Target start date Oct 13, 2026
