We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist (Mandarin Bilingual) to support our Mandarin-speaking operations. The role involves processing invoices, performing 3-way matching, executing payment runs, supporting month-end closing, resolving payment discrepancies, and communicating with Mandarin-speaking vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

·
1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or General Accounting.

·
Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

·
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday).

·
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
