We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you have experience operating production machinery and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading manufacturing company.

What You'll Do

As a Production Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.

Your responsibilities include:

Set up and operate production machines, including:
- Extruders
- Vacuum Tanks
- Haul-Off Machines
- Cutters
- Printing Machines
Monitor and adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and pressure to ensure efficient production.
Feed raw materials into extrusion machines according to production requirements.
Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications, including:
- Outside Diameter (OD)
- Wall Thickness
- Product Markings
- Length
- Colour
Count, pack, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
Identify and resolve basic machine or production issues during your shift.
Complete hourly production and quality checklists accurately.
Record approved and rejected products while maintaining accurate production documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform additional duties assigned by the Production Leader or Technical Manager.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of production processes and machine operations.
Ability to read, count, and follow production instructions accurately.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work rotating morning and night shifts when required.
Committed to maintaining quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating extrusion or similar production machinery.
Ability to use measuring instruments such as:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Measuring Jigs
Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and production documentation.
