We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Machine Operator to join our production team. If you have experience in metal fabrication, enjoy working with precision machinery, and take pride in producing high-quality components, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Press Brake Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision metal components.
Perform machine adjustments and changeovers to support different product lines and material specifications.
Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints) and production instructions.
Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent product quality throughout production.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following housekeeping standards.
Support the training and development of team members when required.
Comply with workplace health and safety policies and perform other duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Press Brake machines.
Experience working in the metal fabrication industry.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of engineering tolerances and precision manufacturing.
Experience setting up machines for different products and material requirements.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as:
- Vernier Calipers
- Micrometers
Good knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
