Schedule: Monday – Friday | Permanent Night Shift
Shift Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM / 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Overview
We are hiring Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking Interpretation Support Associates to provide real-time over-the-phone interpretation between healthcare professionals and patients in the US. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive healthcare conversations accurately and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between English and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers.
- Support healthcare-related conversations involving doctors, medical staff, and patients.
- Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism during all calls.
- Follow interpretation protocols and quality standards.
- Handle sensitive or urgent situations calmly and effectively.
- Attend training, coaching, and quality review sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
- High School Graduate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in interpretation, customer service, healthcare support, BPO, or contact centers is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts.
- Must have a stable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500
- Up to RM 5,000 based on experience
- Wi-Fi Allowance: RM 150/month
- Night Shift Allowance: RM 25/night
- Performance Incentives
- Total Monthly Earnings: RM 5,000+
