Role/Skill: VAT - GST, VAT
Location: Bangalore - Global Axis
Band: BPO 3
Salary: up to 9 LPA
Shift: 10:30AM to 8:30PM
Desired Experience Range: 5-8 Years
Specific certification/Degree required: B.com
Must have: Indirect taxation, GCC VAT, consultancy
Should have sound knowledge into indirect taxation, GCC VAT, consultancy, should have good understanding of accounting processes, should keep himself/herself update with all latest changes in taxation. Should have experience in process standardization, process improvement, and RPA creation.
Good to have: Experience in team handing of end-to-end VAT process
Responsibility:
• Lead VAT team and handle month end and quarterly VAT return preparation and submission, be responsible to smooth execution and ensure books are closed on time
• Ensure all VAT Returns are completed within agreed timeline, KPI/SLA target
• Manage aligned process in general accounting, fixed asset, intercompany, reporting, balance sheet reconciliation
• Ensure successful VAT Audits submission to client
• Ability to handle team and client discussions
• Good analytical, verbal and email communication skill
• High customer service
• Strong analytical skill to understand process issues and provide solution basis of process requirement
• Identify, recommend, and implement solution upon discussion with internal leadership/clients
• Ensure stakeholder queries are attended timely manner, responsible and proactive manner
**Graduation is compulsory**
**PAN and DOB is required for Employee Profile creation**
