Role : US Health and Insurance Data Management processor (HRO Operations)
Location : Mumbai
Exp Range – 3-6 years
Shift and Set up: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only
Band: BPO 3
Salary Range: up to 9 LPA
Health and Insurance Data Management (Individual Contributor)
This position will provide Health and Insurance Data Management support to Boeing and other stakeholders with high level of
effectiveness, efficiency, empathy and a focus on Employee Data. The specialist will manage the Workday, Alight TBA, HRMS,
Mercer application.
Should have good knowledge and understanding of the health and Insurance benefits provided to employees of US region.
The incumbent should have strong knowledge of workday handling Hire to retire activities.
Should have strong exposure to US health plans life cycle.
The incumbent will need to proficient in excel and online tools with a keen eye for details.
Knowledge & Experience
• Working Experience 3-6 years for Health and Insurance Benefits.
• Good Knowledge of Workday is a must.
• TBA tool knowledge is preferable.
• Experience in benefit transactions with relations to US Health Plans.
• Need to have Workday reporting experience which involves validating data for data hygiene/accuracy audit.
• Preparing and publishing weekly and monthly reports of all transactions processed.
• Understand the concept of SLA’s and the adherence to it
• Ability to and handle pressure and strong understanding of adhering to deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, work with proper due diligence and have good organizational skills.
• Experience in handling pilot transition/KT exposure will be a good value addition.
• Should have the ability to present data in a logical manner and client facing exposure is a must.
Formal Education & Certification
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
Working Conditions:
• Flexible to work 24*7 shift timings.
• Work from office (No work from home)
• Agile to extended work hours when needed to meet deadlines without prompting.

**Graduation is compulsory**
