Location: MumbaiSkills required:Good Facilitation Skills, Strong Verbal and written communication.Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.Possess excellent interpersonal skills, Open to all available Shifts, working on weekendsProfile Description (In brief):Handling Inbound calls Be Focused on achieving SLA defined by the projectNeed work in co ordination with Sales Team, Account Department and the LodgesUpdating trackers on daily basisPrevious voice experience preffered Visualizing, planning and achieving improvement in team productivityCoach and help team members whenever requiredMaintain healthy group dynamicsShould be flexible to work as per Process/Team RequirementsCoordinate with internal and external customers as necessaryShould be Familiarize with customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance24*7 working windowMaintain and update internal reports**PAN and DOB are required to create an employee profile in the database.****Former and/or current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible.**
