Hiring: TSR / Agent – Tech Support

Locations: Chennai & Indore
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Grade: BPOS 1 / 2 / 3
Notice Period: Up to 30 Days Only

About the Role

We are looking for Tech Support professionals to join our team. You will handle customer queries through phone, email and chat, troubleshoot technical issues, manage support cases and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Handle customer support via Voice, Email & Chat
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Track cases and follow support processes
Troubleshoot issues using SOPs and knowledge bases
Meet SLA/SLO and quality targets
Provide clear and effective solutions to customers

⭐ What We’re Looking For

6 months–2 years of experience in Technical Support / Service Desk / IT Support
Good verbal and written communication
Typing speed of 60–80 WPM
Hands-on troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of ticketing tools and basic ITIL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a customer-facing support environment

Google Workspace Knowledge

Experience with Google Workspace products such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets and Slides is preferred.

Certification: Google Workspace Administrator Certification is MANDATORY before Go Live.

Good to Have

Experience in Infrastructure, Storage or Service Desk support.
