Transformation Lead – Media Domain
Role Summary:
Lead AI-driven automation initiatives across Media Domain operations, including OTT platforms, Ad Operations, and content ecosystems. Drive scalable quality solutions through AI-led automation, governance, and transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute AI-first automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead automation initiatives across OTT streaming, AdTech/Ad Operations, and content platforms.
Drive quality improvements through intelligent automation and AI-based testing solutions.
Validate data pipelines, analytics, reporting systems, and platform integrations.
Establish automation standards, governance frameworks, and audit-ready processes.
Leverage GenAI for test generation, self-healing automation, and predictive quality.
Manage defect lifecycle and automation delivery execution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
Provide actionable insights through dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
Python, Java, JavaScript
Selenium, Playwright, Cypress
AWS / Azure / GCP
Leadership Competencies:
AI-led transformation experience
Automation/QA transformation leadership
Strategic thinking and stakeholder management
Experience managing distributed teams
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT / AI or related field (Mandatory)
Master's Degree preferred
Transformation Lead – Trust & Safety
Role Summary:
Lead transformation initiatives across Trust & Safety operations, including Content Moderation, Data Annotation, Localization, and AI Data Training. Drive scalable, compliant, AI-enabled operations through automation and human-in-the-loop processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design AI-led transformation solutions for existing engagements and new deals/RFPs/RFIs.
Transform annotation, localization, moderation, and AI training workflows.
Enable human-in-the-loop models for enhanced quality and contextual decision-making.
Drive operational excellence across accuracy, productivity, quality, and SLA metrics.
Develop and implement annotation guidelines and moderation frameworks.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, regulations, and content standards.
Collaborate with technology teams to improve tools, platforms, and model performance.
Analyze abuse trends, harmful content patterns, and operational risks.
Support transformation roadmaps, solutioning, and stakeholder presentations.
Technical Skills:
Trust & Safety / Content Moderation / Data Annotation / Localization Operations
AI Training Data Lifecycle knowledge
Lean / Six Sigma exposure preferred
Annotation tools and moderation platforms
Analytics and BI reporting tools
Leadership Competencies:
AI-led transformation experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in sensitive content environments
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
Relevant experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Operations, Data Annotation, AI Data Training, or Localization preferred
