About the Role

We are hiring a Team Leader – International Voice Process who can manage teams effectively, drive performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage team performance and daily floor operations
Maintain discipline, attendance, and reduce absenteeism
Ensure SLA and target achievement
Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions
Monitor dashboards, reports, and team metrics
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction
Prepare rosters and manage shrinkage
Conduct audits and share feedback
Drive team engagement, retention, and motivation

Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience (on papers) in International Voice Process
Knowledge of AHT and WFM
Strong analytical skills with MS Excel proficiency
Good communication and leadership skills
Experience in handling teams and driving performance
