Hiring: Team Lead – Employee Benefits | Pune

Experience: 6–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Band: BPO 3/4

Key Responsibilities:
• Review travel/employee benefit claims for accuracy & completeness
• Lead and monitor team performance
• Act as SPOC for stakeholders and manage escalations
• Analyze claims, identify trends, fraud risks & improvement areas
• Track SLAs & KPIs and publish performance reports
• Maintain process documentation & drive cross-skilling

Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience in claim reimbursements, especially travel claims
• Commerce Graduate
• Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric and collaborative approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook & SAP
