Job title: Team Lead – Employee Benefits
Location: Pune
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and oversee Employee Benefits claims processing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in claims reimbursements, particularly travel claims, along with proven team management, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Review claims processed by the team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established processes.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, addressing queries and providing timely updates.
Guide, mentor, and support the team of claims processors while monitoring individual and team performance.
Analyze claims to identify trends, potential discrepancies, improvement opportunities, and indicators of potential fraud.
Handle and resolve escalations diligently within defined timelines.
Prepare and publish performance reports and operational metrics for leadership.
Maintain proper process documentation and ensure effective cross-skilling of team members.
Ensure consistent achievement of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely claim processing.
Work under pressure and manage priorities to meet operational timelines.
Required Experience & Qualifications
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in claims reimbursement/claims processing.
Experience handling travel claims will be preferred.
Commerce Graduate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet defined timelines.
Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Customer-centric approach.
Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and SAP.
Important Points
Candidates with prior experience at TCS are not eligible to apply.

Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pune location.
