We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors and HRO Team Lead to manage HR Operations support, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central activities, and process transition initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HR Operations, SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, L2 support, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
This role will be responsible for handling operational escalations, troubleshooting integration and replication issues between SAP and SuccessFactors systems, supporting payroll-related activities, and driving process excellence within defined service levels.

Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: Up to 9 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors support activities.
Provide L2 support for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP replication-related issues.
Troubleshoot integration and replication issues between SAP and SuccessFactors systems.
Support Employee Central processes and employee lifecycle management activities.
Manage process transition projects, knowledge transfer, and stabilization activities.
Prepare and maintain process maps, SIPOC documentation, RCA reports, and escalation trackers.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines.
Generate reports and dashboards using SAP and SuccessFactors reporting tools.
Coordinate with HR, payroll, technical support, and business stakeholders.
Support payroll validation and HR data management activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Preferred).
Experience in Shared Services or BPO HR Operations environment.
Exposure to Payroll Operations and HR Systems Integration.
