Sr. Associate – FP&A

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Associate – FP&A with strong experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting. The role will support management with accurate financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of actuals, targets, variances, and forecasts.
Conduct detailed Actuals vs. Budget and Actuals vs. Forecast variance analysis.
Handle Capital and Revenue Expenditure (CapEx and OpEx) analysis.
Support project planning and accounting activities.
Drive performance management, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare and analyze monthly accruals and prepayments.
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
Support operational decision-making by partnering with area managers and department heads.
Prepare internal and external financial reports, including KPIs, scorecards, benchmarking, and variance reports.
Consolidate and interpret financial results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Report significant budget variances to management and provide explanations for the variances.
Identify and support opportunities for cost efficiency and optimization across business functions.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and provide meaningful financial insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance and reporting processes.
