Job Title: SME – Technical Voice Support

Job Description
TCS is hiring for the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Technical Voice Support in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, particularly in Adobe products, and demonstrate the ability to guide and support agents through knowledge sharing, refreshers, and real-time assistance. This role requires handling advanced technical queries and delivering clear, structured solutions to global customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for Adobe products in a voice process
Handle complex “how-to” and troubleshooting queries from global customers
Support and guide agents through knowledge transfer sessions and refreshers
Act as a point of contact for product and process-related queries on the floor
Simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand guidance for agents
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and resolution standards
Must-Have Competencies
Strong expertise in Adobe products (minimum 3–4 products required)
Ability to handle advanced technical and functional queries
Experience in knowledge transfer, coaching, and agent enablement
B1/B2-level voice communication skills with global exposure
Good-to-Have Competencies
Experience in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or client KT sessions
Prior experience in training, refreshers, or agent coaching
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in technical support (voice process)
Strong troubleshooting and product guidance skills
Good mentoring and coaching ability
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to support floor teams with product and process knowledge
