Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Location: Noida
Experience: 5–15 Years
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA

Role Overview
Lead and oversee regulatory reporting activities within a regulated financial services environment, ensuring *accuracy, completeness, governance, regulatory compliance, and timely submission* of Capital, Liquidity, IFRS 9, Credit Risk, and related regulatory reports.

Education & Certifications
* Minimum *15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)*
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent relevant experience
* RM, CFA, MBA Finance** preferred
* IFRS 9 certification/exposure preferred

Requirements
* Capital adequacy: ET1, Tier 1, Total Capital, RWA**
* Liquidity ratios: LCR, NSFR
* Capital adequacy analysis and regulatory reporting
* Regulatory submission formats, controls, and timelines
* Data aggregation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
* Strong understanding of PRA/Bank of England regulatory reporting

Preferred
* CCAR, Capital Planning & Stress Testing
* Scenario/what-if analysis
* Power BI/Tableau
* SQL/Python for data extraction and modelling
* IFRS 9, Credit Risk and Market Risk reporting

Key Responsibilities
* Review, challenge, and deliver regulatory reporting outputs with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
* Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes within established controls and governance frameworks.
* Perform reconciliations, analytical reviews, adjustments, variance analysis, and management reporting.
* Investigate reporting anomalies, control breaks, data-quality issues, and reconciliation differences, driving timely resolution.
* Manage reporting governance, approvals, documentation, and audit trails.
* Ensure compliance with **PRA requirements, regulatory standards, and submission deadlines.
* Support regulatory queries, internal audits, control reviews, and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
* Assess the impact of regulatory, process, and system changes and support automation/process improvements.
* Provide technical guidance, task oversight, training, and review support to junior team members.

Regulatory Reporting Exposure
Capital Reporting: COREP, Own Funds, RWA, CET1/Tier 1/Total Capital, capital reconciliations, ICAAP and Economic Capital.

Liquidity Reporting: PRA/ECB returns, PRA110, LCR, NSFR, ALM, liquidity calculations, regulatory adjustments, and data collection from Treasury, Risk, Finance, and source systems.

Regulatory Submissions: Bank of England/PRA regulatory returns, including liquidity, capital, stress testing, and statistical returns.

IFRS 9 / Risk Reporting: IFRS 9 model execution and monitoring, Finance/Risk reporting, data aggregation, validation, and reconciliation.
