Job Description

TCS is hiring experienced professionals for the Senior Process Associate / SME – FP&A role. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop financial models and provide actionable business insights.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Analyze financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
Work with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and Power BI for financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
4–8 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis.
Strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, and Advanced MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
