Hiring: RTR GL Manager | Chennai | ₹16–17 LPA

Location: Chennai
Experience: 10–15 Years
Band: BPO 5
Salary: ₹16–17 LPA
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Non-technical graduation in Finance & Accounts stream:
- MBA
- M.Com
- B.Com
- BBA

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounting (FnA)
Strong understanding of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes
Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) activities
Experience in handling client escalations
Ability to collaborate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to manage daily operations
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or equivalent
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills

Finance & Accounting – Record to Report (GL Domain Expert)
Excellent communication skills
MS Office and Advanced Excel
Customer management skills
Presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) and General Ledger (GL) operations.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Perform AR-related activities as required.
Track budget expenses and maintain financial accuracy.
Build and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
Ensure data accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Work independently while delivering high-quality customer service.
Utilize ERP systems and MS Office tools for financial operations.
Adhere to work-from-office requirements and support night/rotational shifts.

Willing to work in night and rotational shifts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Good listening skills and ability to work independently
PC proficiency and strong data entry skills
General mathematical aptitude
