Record to Report Ops Specialist – Account Reconciliations

Experience: 5–8 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Rotational Shifts

About the Role

We are looking for a Record to Report Ops Specialist with strong experience in Account Reconciliations to support Finance Operations. The role involves analyzing financial data, reconciling transactions, reviewing general ledger accounts, and helping determine accurate financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial transactions
• Review and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts
• Collect and analyze operational data and reports
• Identify and resolve moderately complex reconciliation issues
• Develop and adapt existing processes and solutions where required
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Work closely with supervisors, peers, and client management
• Support team objectives aligned with the strategic direction of senior management
• Handle assignments independently with guidance on new processes
• Manage small teams or work efforts where applicable
• Work in rotational shifts as required

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / BMS Finance / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent Commerce/Finance background
• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Account Reconciliations
• Experience in Record to Report / Finance Operations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be open to rotational shifts
