About the Role

We're looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist with experience in procurement, sourcing, facilities management, or real estate operations to support end-to-end sourcing activities for workplace and real estate categories. This role focuses on supplier management, commercial analysis, contract administration, stakeholder coordination, and procurement compliance to ensure efficient sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sourcing activities for real estate and facilities categories, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, bid evaluation, and commercial analysis.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, budgets, service levels, and technical specifications.

Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance processes.

Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contract trackers, and sourcing documentation.

Monitor supplier performance, contract renewals, service commitments, and issue resolution.

Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Assist in supplier negotiations, performance reviews, and commercial discussions.

Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams to resolve sourcing, invoicing, and contract-related issues.

Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Experience in procurement, sourcing, facilities procurement, workplace services, real estate procurement, or commercial operations is preferred.
