Quality Check & MIS – F&A (AP + AR + GL)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5–10 Years
Band: BPO 3
Salary: Up to 9 LPA
Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Check & MIS professional with strong Finance & Accounting experience across AP, AR, GL, PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing, Treasury, Tax and FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks and reviews for F&A processes.
Support AP, RTR and PTP teams during month-end and quarter-end close.
Conduct compliance verification, approvals and internal quality reviews.
Review SOX reporting and support statutory/internal audits and GFC compliance.
Conduct periodic training on accounting policies, procedures and customer-specific changes.
Manage client calls regarding SLA/KPI compliance and process improvement.
Drive transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Handle QC, audit activities and MIS reporting.
Prepare SLA/KPI reports and governance decks.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
5–10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.
Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good understanding of ERP systems.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Result-oriented approach.
Experience working with global stakeholders and tight turnaround deadlines.
Education
Finance Professional / Graduate with relevant F&A experience.
Eligibility
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
