Hiring: Media Operations – Master Control / Mastering / Product Management Solutions

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–8 Years
Band: BPO 1 / BPO 2 / BPO 3
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (including nights, weekends & holidays)

We're looking for experienced professionals from Broadcast, OTT, Post-Production, Media Operations, and Master Control environments to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience managing media assets, broadcast workflows, mastering, live channel operations, or media product solutions, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

Media ingest, asset preparation & metadata management
Technical QC (Audio, Video, Subtitles, Captions, Sync & Metadata)
Mastering & delivery of IMF, ProRes, DCP, Proxy & OTT assets
Live broadcast monitoring & Master Control operations
Playlist management & transmission scheduling
Content delivery using Aspera & media workflow platforms
DAM/CMS asset lifecycle management
Product & workflow solution support, testing & process improvements

Preferred Technical Skills

Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid, Pro Tools
Colorfront Transkoder, DVS Clipster, Dolby Vision Metafier
iTX, PlayBox, Grass Valley, Harris, Ateme
Dalet, Reach Engine, ScheduALL, Aspera, OOONA, Vubiquity
SQL, XML, JSON, Kafka, Boomi, Advanced Excel
AWS Media Services (Preferred)

Ideal Candidate

Experience in Broadcast, OTT, Media Operations, Post Production or Master Control
Strong knowledge of media workflows, QC, mastering & content delivery
Experience with metadata, DAM/CMS platforms & broadcast systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 operational environment

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Media, Broadcast, Cinema, Post Production or related field.
