Procurement Operations Associate

Location: Nagpur
Experience: 1–4 Years
Band: BPO 1/2
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA
Shift: Rotational/Night Shift – Candidates must be flexible

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in B.Com, BMS, BBA, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Receive and validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) as per SOPs and procurement policies.
Prepare, issue, modify, and follow up on POs with requesters to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Adhere to SOPs and the client’s Procurement Policy.
Create, amend, delete, and maintain PR/PO details in ERP systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing information and required approvals.
Resolve requester and stakeholder queries through Email, ServiceNow, and Chat.
Coordinate with Buyers/end users and Accounts Payable teams regarding PO changes, payment advice, and order/invoice status.
Validate Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt before making changes to existing POs.
Support stakeholders in resolving receiving-related issues.
Report and escalate issues appropriately and on time.
Escalate cases where procurement policies or procedures have not been followed.
Perform vendor invoice verification, processing, and tracking related to end-user support services.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Eligibility

Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, P2P, Purchase Operations, or related processes.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
