Workflow Specialist – Transactional Procurement / Vendor Master

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Workflow Specialist to support Transactional Procurement and Vendor Master operations. The role involves processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor creation and maintenance requests, validating documentation, coordinating approvals, resolving stakeholder queries, and maintaining data accuracy while meeting defined SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Transactional Procurement & PO Management

Validate purchase requisitions and convert approved requests into Purchase Orders.
Verify approvals, supporting documents, and required checklists before PO creation.
Follow up with stakeholders for timely approvals.
Manage PO confirmations, amendments, and expediting activities.
Coordinate with buyers, requesters, and suppliers for smooth transaction processing.

Vendor Master Management

Validate documents for vendor creation, modification, and maintenance requests.
Verify approvals and compliance requirements before processing vendor requests.
Create, update, and maintain vendor master records accurately.
Process vendor profile amendments and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Operational Support

Handle queries from requesters, suppliers, buyers, and internal stakeholders.
Resolve processing exceptions, discrepancies, and workflow-related issues.
Provide timely status updates through email and phone.
Manage multiple transactions and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Reporting & Compliance

Generate and analyze operational reports.
Monitor workflow queues and transaction status.
Escalate risks, issues, and process bottlenecks when required.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Maintain SLA, TAT, productivity, and quality targets.
