Job Title: OTC Senior Associate

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OTC Senior Associate with 3–5 years of experience in the Finance & Accounting (FnA) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling key O2C functions including Billing, Cash Allocation, and Accounts Receivable (AR) while ensuring timely reporting and escalation of challenges or issues.

The ideal candidate should have functional experience with ERP applications, preferably Oracle, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities. The role requires someone who is well-organized, proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a rotational/night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle O2C processes, including Billing, Cash Allocation, and Accounts Receivable.
Take ownership of assigned O2C functions and ensure timely completion.
Prepare and maintain daily reports.
Identify and highlight process challenges and issues for timely guidance.
Work with ERP applications, preferably Oracle.
Provide effective customer service and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
Track budget expenses and perform accurate data entry.
Maintain attention to detail while handling financial transactions and records.
Work independently while coordinating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
Apply general mathematical and analytical skills in day-to-day activities.
