Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Location: Hyderabad | Pune

Role Overview
TCS is hiring a Network Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for end-user systems and assist in day-to-day network and security operations. The role involves endpoint support, basic Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewall support, incident management, troubleshooting, and documentation while ensuring SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and IT applications.
Troubleshoot LAN, VLAN, IP addressing, and network connectivity issues.
Monitor and perform basic configuration checks on Cisco switches and routers.
Support Palo Alto Firewall operations, including rule verification, NAT checks, and log monitoring.
Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Maintain technical documentation and incident records.
Assist with endpoint and network troubleshooting.
Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Endpoint Support and Network Support.
L1/L2 Technical Support.
Cisco Switching & Routing.
LAN & VLAN.
IP Addressing.
Palo Alto Firewall.
NAT.
Incident Management.
Network Troubleshooting.
Documentation.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
