MIS & Reporting Analyst
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3–5 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Reporting Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, and collections management operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel expertise, and experience in creating dashboards, reports, and process improvements. The role requires working closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to deliver accurate reporting and actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data in the collections management system.
Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports, dashboards, and databases.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, and aging analysis.
Analyze business trends and collection performance to provide actionable insights.
Present reports and key performance metrics to senior management.
Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend automation and process improvements.
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to integrate reporting tools and automate workflows.
Assist in developing collection strategies and reporting policies.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Power Query).
Strong knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and Macros.
Experience with Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong reporting and MIS management experience.
Ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful business insights.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lifecycle.
Knowledge of B2B Collections and Accounts Receivable processes.
Experience with reporting automation and business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
3–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Reporting, or Collections Analytics.
Willingness to work 100% Work From Office (WFO).
Night shifts are mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
