Learning & Development Specialist (German B1/B2) | HR Operations | Bangalore
We are hiring a Learning & Development Specialist (German Language) to support global HR Operations and Learning Administration. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with German B1/B2 certification who have experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Training Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end Learning & Development operations.
Coordinate training schedules and learning events.
Manage learning records, training nominations, and completion tracking.
Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders in German and English.
Maintain training reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Resolve learner queries and provide timely support.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and HR processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless learning delivery.
Support process improvement initiatives within Learning & Development.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Shared Services, or Back Office.
German Language Certification (B1/B2) is mandatory.
Strong communication skills in German and English.
Knowledge of HR systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
