Are you a Lean Six Sigma professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and business transformation? Join a leading organization where you'll spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize utilities operations, and deliver measurable business impact through Lean, automation, and digital transformation.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end Lean transformation projects across Utilities operations, including Customer Service, Billing, Metering, Collections, and Back Office functions.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, optimize resources, and create operational efficiencies.
Conduct process diagnostics using Lean tools such as SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping, and Time & Motion Studies.
Drive Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/Kaizen) projects from planning through implementation and benefits realization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, digitization, RPA, AI, and data-driven process improvements.
Improve key business metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Productivity, AHT, Quality, and Compliance.
Build transformation roadmaps and maintain a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate Kaizen workshops, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement programs.
Establish governance frameworks to track performance, sustain improvements, and report business value.
Present transformation insights and progress during client reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

What We're Looking For

8–10 years of experience in Operations, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Lean roles.
Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
Experience within BPO, Utilities, Retail, Billing, Collections, or Customer Operations environments.
Strong expertise in:
- Process Mapping & Business Process Re-engineering
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Data Analysis and Performance Improvement
Hands-on exposure to Power BI, RPA, AI, or other digital transformation tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully drive organizational change.
