Hiring: Lead Finance Analyst – PTP

Location: Nagpur
Experience: 4–8 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Finance Analyst – PTP with strong experience in Procure-to-Pay and F&A operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and team-handling skills, with the ability to manage client escalations and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations including procurement, PO processing, invoice processing, invoice resolution, payments, vendor reconciliations, and helpdesk queries.
Handle team management, client escalations, and internal leadership reporting.
Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, updated, and followed.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly MIS reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Analyze processes, identify errors/gaps, and drive quality and process improvements.
Manage deadlines effectively, particularly during month-end and project activities.
Maintain a strong control environment and ensure process compliance.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in PTP / F&A operations.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Client/stakeholder management and escalation handling.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to drive efficiencies, cross-train, and adapt to changing requirements.
Flexible to work in shifts and from the Nagpur location.

Education

B.Com / BBA / BCCA / MBA / Master's in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
