Job Title: Lead Finance Analyst (OTC)
Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Finance Analyst (OTC) with 4–8 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) / Finance & Accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management, along with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
The role involves handling client and stakeholder queries and escalations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and a strong control environment, driving process improvements, and supporting team collaboration and development. The candidate should be capable of training and guiding team members, identifying process gaps, maintaining quality, and delivering accurate monthly/quarterly MIS reports using MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills, be result-oriented, comfortable working under time pressure and deadlines, and demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility across shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage OTC/F&A operations including Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, and Bad Debt Management.
Handle internal and external stakeholder queries and escalations with clear and concise communication.
Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, updated, and followed.
Identify errors and process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Prepare and articulate monthly/quarterly MIS reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Support team collaboration, capacity building, and cross-training.
Maintain strong controls and ensure compliance with established processes.
Manage month-end and project-based deadlines effectively.
Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong problem-solving approach.
