Job Title: HRO Payroll Assistant Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8–10 Years

Role Overview

TCS is hiring an experienced HRO Payroll Assistant Manager to manage global payroll operations across multiple geographies. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, payroll compliance, vendor management, payroll reporting, employee query resolution, statutory compliance, audit support, and stakeholder management while ensuring payroll accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.
Process employee wages, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax calculations.
Maintain accurate payroll and employee master data.
Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Validate payroll through reconciliations and audit checks.
Generate payroll reports, payslips, payroll registers, and finance reports.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queries.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll Vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Manage year-end payroll activities and statutory reporting.
Support internal and external payroll audits.
Ensure payroll data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of Payroll Operations experience.
Experience in Multi-country / Global Payroll.
Knowledge of international payroll regulations.
Payroll processing expertise.
Payroll compliance and statutory reporting.
Vendor Management.
Payroll reconciliation.
Payroll reporting.
Strong stakeholder management.
Experience with payroll systems/software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
