About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role will serve as a key link between HR operations and technology, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing system functionality, and supporting HR initiatives through reporting, system configuration, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with HRIS platforms, strong data analysis capabilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes. Experience with Infor HRIS is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Configure system fields, workflows, and HR modules under established governance standards.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT teams and vendors for timely resolution.
Support system upgrades, testing activities, and implementation of new functionalities.
Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports including headcount, turnover, compliance, and workforce analytics.
Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Perform regular data quality checks and audits to maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to optimize system utilization.
Support annual HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, and benefits enrollment.
Create and maintain user documentation, process guides, and training materials.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing system support.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or related functions.
Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS platform; Infor HRIS experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience supporting HR system implementations, enhancements, or module rollouts.
Ability to interpret HR data and convert findings into meaningful business recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Occasional travel to plant locations and customer sites as required.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
