HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Case Management | US HR | Mumbai
We are hiring an experienced HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Case Management to support HR Operations for a global organization. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong expertise in Employee Relations, HR Case Management, HR Policy Interpretation, US HR Practices, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee relations and disciplinary cases from initiation to closure.
Handle attendance, misconduct, job abandonment, unauthorized settlements, and other employee cases.
Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable US employment practices.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and case records.
Support employees throughout the case management process with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct investigations, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent case handling.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or HR Case Management.
Experience handling complex disciplinary cases within a US HR environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
