Hiring: HR-Ops Supplier Invoicing Specialist | Mumbai

Experience: 4–8 Years
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 3

Role Highlights:
• Process supplier/vendor invoices for multiple geographies
• Generate Purchase Orders & manage payment reconciliation
• Handle funding & audit support activities
• Work on SAP Ariba, Wire Tool & No-PO Tool
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Interact with employees & vendors and resolve queries
• Support training and meet deadlines/SLA requirements

Must Have:
• 4+ years in AP/AR with strong invoice processing experience
• US/North America FnA experience preferred
• Hands-on SAP Ariba, Altair/Cartus exposure
• Strong reconciliation & reporting skills
• Excellent email & voice communication
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Graduate/Postgraduate

Willingness to work 24x7 shifts & extended hours.
