Job Summary
We are hiring Financial Data Analysts (FDA) to support global financial research and data analysis operations. In this role, you will analyze financial statements, broker reports, and corporate earnings data of large global organizations while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards such as US GAAP and IFRS.

Key Responsibilities
Research, review, analyze, and interpret financial statements and broker reports of global corporations.
Analyze Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
Capture and tag financial data using internal applications.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal quality standards.
Extract and validate financial information from corporate reports.
Perform transaction-based activities and rule-based decision-making.
Conduct reconciliations, balancing, open item management, and report preparation.
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Capture key financial metrics including:
Revenue
Net Income
Earnings Per Share (EPS)
Weighted Average Shares
Income Before Tax
Income Tax
One-Time Charges
Capture future guidance from earnings releases, company presentations, and earnings calls.
Analyze financial trends and support global financial reporting activities.
Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
Mandatory Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial Data Analyst
Overall experience of 2–8 years
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance concepts
Understanding of Financial Statements
Basic knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Good analytical and numerical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to work Rotational and Night Shifts
