Job Title : Group Lead – Master Data Management
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Group Lead – Master Data Management (MDM) to manage employee master data operations across multiple locations. The role involves overseeing MDM transaction processing, SAP HCM and Employee Central activities, reconciliation, MIS reporting, data quality, governance, compliance, and root-cause analysis.
The role will also be responsible for managing a team of 15 team members and ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of MDM operations.

Key Requirements
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability – mandatory.
Hands-on experience in reconciliation and MIS reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) – mandatory.
Exposure to Data Quality & Governance frameworks is preferred.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of India Labour Laws – mandatory.
Experience managing a team of 15 team members across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities.
Manage the overall Employee Master Data Management process across various locations.
Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central.
Perform reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring data-quality issues.
Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards.
Ensure adherence to data governance, SOX, and audit requirements.
Support stakeholders and participate in continuous-improvement initiatives.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely and accurate delivery of MDM activities.
Education & Certification
Certification:
SAP HCM / SuccessFactors certification – Preferred.
