JOB TITLE: Group Lead – Master Data Management

LOCATION: Pune

EXPERIENCE: 10–12 Years

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Group Lead – Master Data Management to manage Employee Master Data Management operations across multiple locations. The role involves leading a team, managing SAP HCM and Employee Central activities, ensuring data accuracy and governance, and driving process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of 15 team members across multiple locations
• Manage overall Employee Master Data Management processes
• Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities
• Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC)
• Perform reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring data issues
• Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with data governance, SOX and audit requirements
• Support stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to India Labour Laws and applicable process requirements

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
• Mandatory experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Hands-on experience in Reconciliation and MIS reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Exposure to Data Quality and Data Governance frameworks
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of India Labour Laws – Mandatory
• Experience in team management and handling teams across multiple locations

PREFERRED CERTIFICATION

• SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred

ELIGIBILITY

• Candidates with 10–12 years of relevant experience
• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
• PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation
