Job Description – Group Lead, Master Data Management
Job Title: Group Lead – Master Data Management
Location: Pune
Experience: 10–12 Years
Band: BPO 5
CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Group Lead – Master Data Management to manage Employee MDM operations across multiple locations and lead a team of 15 members. The role requires strong expertise in SAP HCM, Employee Central, RCA, reconciliation, MIS and India Labour Laws.
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM & Employee Central (EC) – mandatory
Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability – mandatory
Experience in Reconciliation and MIS reporting
Hands-on knowledge of India Labour Laws – mandatory
Experience in Data Quality & Governance
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience managing teams across multiple locations
Knowledge of SOX and audit requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall Employee MDM process across various locations
Lead and manage a team of 15 team members
Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities
Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM & Employee Central
Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Conduct RCA for recurring data issues
Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
Ensure compliance with data governance, SOX and audit requirements
Manage stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives
Certification
SAP HCM / SuccessFactors certification – Preferred
Eligibility
