Group Lead – Employee Benefits Operations
Location: Pune
Experience: 10–12 Years
Band: BPO 5
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Group Lead – Employee Benefits Operations with a strong Finance & Accounting / HRO background. The role will lead Employee Benefits Operations, oversee claims and reimbursement processes, manage team performance, and ensure SLA and KPI achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Employee Benefits Operations function.
Review employee claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Act as the SPOC for stakeholders, handling queries, escalations, and updates.
Lead and manage a team of processors and monitor their performance.
Analyze claims to identify trends, potential fraud, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and publish performance reports and metrics for leadership.
Maintain process documentation and ensure effective cross-skilling of team members.
Ensure consistent achievement of SLA and KPI targets.
Manage client relationships and support operational delivery.
Oversee employee travel claims processing and reimbursement for the India market.
Support Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable reconciliation activities.
Required Qualifications
10–12 years of overall experience in Finance & Accounting, HRO, Client Management, or related operations.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing teams of 25–40 resources.
Strong experience in AP/AR, reconciliation, employee claims, travel claims, or reimbursement processing.
Commerce Graduate preferred.
CA Inter passed is preferred/required as per the role requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong team leadership and performance management skills.
Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and SAP.
Willingness to work from Pune, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST.
