About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented German Translator with strong language proficiency and exposure to Accounts Payable (AP) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business documents, invoices, and communications between German and English while supporting finance operations with accuracy and confidentiality.

Location : Ahmedabad, India

Experience : 2–3 Years

Salary : ₹6–7 LPA

Band : BPO 1 / BPO 2

Key Responsibilities

Translate documents from German to English and English to German with high accuracy.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) operations by translating invoices, finance documents, emails, and business communications.
Ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all translated content.
Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to support daily business activities.
Meet project deadlines while managing multiple translation assignments efficiently.
Maintain quality standards and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience as a German Translator.
Strong command of German (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective time management and multitasking skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Language, Commerce, or equivalent preferred)

Preferred Certification

German Language Certification (B2 or C1 preferred)

Additional Information

Experience with finance documentation is an added advantage.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling business-sensitive documents.
