Job Title : General Ledger (RTR) – Finance Payroll Admin
Job Description : We are looking for a Finance Payroll Admin professional with experience in payroll processing, general accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and month-end closing activities. The role involves handling end-to-end payroll accounting processes, preparing and posting journal entries, managing reconciliations, supporting payroll tax activities, communicating with internal and external customers, and contributing to process improvement.
Experience : 2–5 Yrs
Location : Gurgaon, Haryana
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Payroll & General Accounting
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication and English language skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, reporting and month-end close
Key Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for direct and indirect staff, including payroll reconciliations and payroll accounting.
- Prepare, post and analyze journal entries, accruals and payroll-related entries.
- Handle payroll tax calculations, payroll tax integration journals and payroll phasing.
- Perform reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
- Maintain payroll advances, staff loans, leave salary entries and related trackers.
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding process-related inquiries.
- Track and report SLA/KPI performance and support process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Payroll, General Accounting or related processes.
- Experience in general bookkeeping and reporting.
- Good domain knowledge of accounting and payroll processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality of work-related information.
