Job Title : FP&A – Senior Process Associate

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, variance reporting, and strategic business partnering. The role involves analyzing complex financial data, preparing financial models and reports, managing data through Oracle ERP and planning platforms, and providing actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis activities.
Prepare financial models, variance analysis, and management reports.
Analyze financial data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Work with Oracle ERP and enterprise performance management tools such as Hyperion and Smart View.
Support analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Partner with business stakeholders to support financial and operational decision-making.
Manage financial data and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
Present financial insights and communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
3–5 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience.
Strong understanding of corporate financial statements and accounting principles.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling.
Experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar financial planning and visualization tools.
CPA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.
